Keep in mind that you'll need time to complete the pre-day work (ie. copy, photos, mood, etc.) We recommend allowing 2-3 weeks from the time of booking unless you're trying to meet a tight deadline.
You’ll also need to be “virtually” available that day in order to provide quick feedback via an instant messaging service as we work through your project.

Once you book your date, I’ll send through a welcome packet outlining all the important info you need. You’ll then login to our client portal where you’ll find all the pre-work (depending on your project) you’ll need to complete before our 1 hour strategy call.
On your 1 hour call we’ll discuss all of your pre-work. This will ensure that we have a plan in place so that you get the most out of your 7 hour design intensive day.
Time for your 8 hour design day

On your day, we will communicate through a messaging service of your choice! While it's a very collaborative process, it is not in-person or zoom intensive.
Once we’ve completed our day together, you’ll have 30 days of follow up support, so that you can reach out if you find yourself lost, confused or stuck on anything related to the work that we accomplished.

Yes! But with that being said, we do like to make sure your style aligns with ours. Please reach out here to find out if we might be a good fit!

What if we don't finish everything on my list in one day?
We always do our best to complete as much of your
design list as possible. But in case there’s too much to
fit into one day, you'll mark the top priority items before starting and we'll get to those first! You will always have the option to add on a discounted half day or another full day to complete remaining items.

Absolutely! The first payment is due to hold your spot on our calendar. The remaining payments are broken up into (up to) 6 payments so that you can confidently invest in your business with ease.
