I'm interested in working with you, how do we get started?
I would love to hear from you. Say hi via email or through our contact form on the contact page of our site. After we chat and once your mind is made, we’ll send through a contract and invoice. We require deposit on all projects so that we can book you into the Mint Lane Calendar.
I live in a far away place, can we still work together?
Definitely! A large portion of my clients are spread worldwide, so distance is not a problem. As long as you have access to the internet and email, you’ll be golden!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! A non-refundable deposit is due to hold your spot on our calendar. The remaining payments are broken up into (up to) 6 monthly payments so that you can confidently invest in your business with ease.
Why do you require a deposit before we can get started on my project?
Mint Lane is only able to take on a select amount of projects per time frame and books all clients on a “first come, first serve” basis, by deposit only.

Do you offer "just a logo"?
We don’t believe that just a logo can adequately tell your story or help set you up for years of success. Thus, we only offer a full brand identity for all of our clients. We believe it is important to make a lasting first impression from the very beginning.

You’ve come to the right place. This is the creme de la creme of our expertise. Once it’s all finalized, you’ll walk away with: primary logo, secondary logos, brand marks, typography styling, color palette, image direction and brand guidelines

Design concepts can be thought of as different design directions or different creative directions. We usually offer 3 different logo concepts or 'versions' for one brand. Once you have narrowed down your choice to one or two concepts from the presented, we then refine or tweak your choice. These are referred to as design revisions and involve changes to shape, font and proportions of the logo, but typically dont involve changing the concept of the logo itself.

With the branding process, we offer 3 concepts with 3 rounds of revisions. A round refers to us interpreting your feedback and creating it to present you with a new concept. We do! Almost all projects will require content up front. I will need to consider all elements and understand the overall intended outcome before we even start to fit the pieces together.
Can you write my content for me?

Unfortunately, we do not offer copywriting services but do have many great copywriters in our community that we can recommend for you.

The best part about using Squarespace, Showit and Shopify is that they are extremely user-friendly. Currently, we provide clients with a tutorial that will go over the basics on how to update and maintain your site. We also offer support for 1 week after the launch, but beyond that we don’t provide maintenance contracts.

Definitely! Once we have understood your goals, objectives, and vision, we start the briefing process and the concept design process. This is where we work together to create a custom photoshoot plan aligned with your needs.
Will I need to pay for props?

Can I have the raw photos?
Our prop collection is massive, however we require clients apply a prop budget on each project. This is used to purchase anything that we might not have, or fresh ingredients when needed for styling and preparing.

We have included a usage right within our fees. Once payment has been processed, we release the usage rights to use the content across social media, your website and paid advertising. Our content will incur additional fees if it is used for TV, magazines, billboards, buses, franchise advertisements, or is shared with 3rd parties etc. We have the right to post and use all material that we create for advertisement and our social media, unless we agree otherwise.
