GENERAL FAQs

I'm interested in working with you, how do we get started? +

I would love to hear from you. Say hi via email or through our contact form on the contact page of our site. Once your mind is made, we’ll send through a contract and invoice. We require deposit on all projects so that we can book you into the Mint Lane Calendar.

I live in a far away place, can we still work together? +

Definitely! A large portion of my clients are spread worldwide, so distance is not a problem. As long as you have access to the internet and email, you’ll be golden!

What are your payment terms? +

Payments are broken up into halves or three parts depending on the size of the project. A non-refundable deposit is due at booking in order to hold your spot on the Mint Lane calendar.

Why do you require a deposit before we can get started on my project? +

Currently, as a one-lady run studio, Mint Lane is only able to take on a select amount of projects per time frame and books all clients on a “first come, first serve” basis, by deposit.
