The Creative Process.



I take on a limited number of new clients per month to ensure that each project gets the attention it deserves.

You will work directly with me (Woo!), and I will be involved in the process every step of the way.

Check out my branding process below. Although the process varies slightly depending on the client and scope of work, this will give you a general idea of what to expect. ☀︎


Easy as 1, 2, 3… 


1. Booking

To start off, we’ll chat via email or schedule a phone call to learn more about your branding goals and ensure we’re an A+ fit! After I learn a bit more about you and your brand, I’ll send over the project timeline. If all looks good, a non-refundable deposit gets your project on the Mint Lane books!

2. Discovery

Next up, you will receive the Branding Questionnaire, a 10-part questionnaire covering all aspects of your business and what you’re dreaming up for your brand! If you’re also partnering with us on your website, this will be the time you provide all content.

3. Creative Direction

After I find out more about you and your vision, I’ll provide you with the Brand Strategy. Within the brand strategy, you will receive a moodboard that encompasses the overall vibe to include: color palette, typography inspiration & imagery that mimics the mood/feel of the brand. 

4. Create

Mint Lane presents your Branding Concept Presentation. This will include 3 initial concepts and all elements: primary logo, secondary logo and submark options. 

5. Polish & Refine

A feedback form will be provided with questions to answer and feedback guidelines. Three rounds of refinement are included.

6. Deliver

Once the designs are approved and finalized, I will prepare and send final files. Cheers to your new brand! It’s time to show off the goodness.
